Since its launch in 1989, the Dubai Airshow has become one of the world’s premier platforms for advancing civil and military aviation, spurred by the Middle East’s substantial investments in the aerospace sector. For decades, AmCham Dubai and AmCham Abu Dhabi have proudly welcomed U.S. delegations to this global stage, supporting business collaboration and fostering U.S.–UAE partnerships.

This year’s program continued that tradition, featuring high-level engagements and thought leadership opportunities—including the Kick-Off Breakfast, a cornerstone event that brought together senior decision-makers, industry leaders, and innovators.

We are especially pleased that our distinguished member, Joan Higginbotham, delivered remarks at the kickoff breakfast. As a representative of The Bolden Group, a valued member of the Bilateral Chamber Board of Advisors, Joan brings unique insight and inspiration. Joan is dedicated to empowering young women from diverse backgrounds to pursue careers in aerospace—encouraging them to aim high and explore the limitless frontiers of space.
