Libya
His Excellency Mohamed M. Oun was appointed as the Minister of Oil and Gas for Libya on March 10th, 2021.
Most recently, he served as the Libyan Governor for The Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) from 2015 until 2019. He was also an Executive Board Member of the Gas Exporting Countries forum from 2014 till 2020.
