TDS continues partnership with multinational client
TDS' partnership with a multinational client has spanned several years and began with TDS working with the client to develop its training programs and procedures. The partnership has recently expanded with the start of a new project in which TDS will assess all of the company’s operating positions in its Saudi Arabian utility departments.
This will determine the tasking, loading, staffing and efficiencies of the positions that are currently assigned to the entire facility. TDS will make recommendations and design a roadmap for balancing workload and tasks between all positions.
