Trade Mission Series: Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & UAE October 14 - 21, 2011
Unprecedented public sector spending, large-scale industrial expansion and growing consumer demand make the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region one of the most import-intensive markets in the world. American products and services are highly valued in this region and in spite of the economic downturn the following sectors continue to enjoy growth opportunities: Oil & Gas Services, Equipment, Infrastructure, Transportation, Healthcare, Power Generation, and Water.

Aida Araissi, President of the Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce, along with Khudairi Group and other sponsors, will co-chair a private benefit for the Iraqi Refugee Assistance Program (IRAP) on October 18th in Houston. IRAP's network of over 300 attorneys and law students provide families with pro-bono legal representation to navigate the Refugee Admissions Process and settle safely in the west. To carry on its work, IRAP seeks financial support from individual donors and grant-makers. Join us to help people forced to see their homes by the war and its violent aftermath. It is the right thing to do for our country, as well as for Iraqi families driven from their homes by circumstances beyond their control.
