Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna accepts a Letter of Proclamation from the Governor’s Office & Diplomacy Award from BUSACC with members of BUSACC's Distinguished Board of Advisors: Neil Mallon Bush – CEO Nexus Energy, David L. Phillips – Chairman of the Board BUSACC, Robert S. Franklin – President ExxonMobil Upstream Ventures, Aida Araissi - President BUSACC

The Bilateral US-Arab Chamber of Commerce welcomed a record crowd at a luncheon featuring the UAE Minister of Foreign Trade, Her Excellency Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qassimi. Her Excellency emphasized the bilateral relations between the United States and the United Arab Emirates as she presented Aida Araissi with a plaque for the dedication and commitment to furthering the commercial ties between both nations.

The Bilateral US-Arab Chamber has been a tireless advocate of US business outreach to the UAE since 2002, when a delegation headed by then Mayor Lee Brown signed historic agreements with local airports, sea ports and Sister City affiliation between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Since then the chamber has taken dozens of business delegations led by government and private sector leadership with the most recent on May 31. Emirati companies such as ADNOC, ESNAAD, Al Mansoori, and GasCo among many others have been involved in supporting these delegations with access and information to projects and joint venture opportunities.
